At the end of the line in all views and the Event Selection Dialog, Pimlical displays system icons to summarize important functionality of the event or task. Not all icons are used in all versions of Pimlical (for example, Pimlical/Android does not support deferred events in its initial release). These system icons include:

Icon	Attribute
	Item has an alarm set on it
	Item has a repeat specification
	Item is an exception to a regular repeat series
	Item is the parent of an irregular repeat series
	Item is the child of an irregular repeat series
	Item has a note attached to it
	Item is a floating event with a due date attached to it, and it is due on a future date
	Item is a task with a due date attached to it, and it is due on a future date
	Item is a Floating Event with no due date
	Item is a Task with no due date
	Item is a Floating Event and it is either Due Today or Past-Due
	Item is a Task and it is either Due Today or Past-Due
	Item is a completed appointment
	Item is a completed, floating event
	Item is a completed task
	Item is a canceled appointment
	Item is a canceled floating event
	Item is a canceled task
	Item is a deferred event
	Item is a deferred floating event
	Item is a deferred task
	Item is linked to a contact and/or a memo
	Item has a location field associated with it
	Item has a meeting associated with it
	Item has a weblink associated with it
	Item has a missing icon (means that it was previously assigned to an icon that no longer exists in the current icon collection)
	Item has a type of Free (free time, depending on a preference setting, may not cause other events to indent against it - so it can sort of function as a background for the day.
	Item has a type of Tentative - use this to mark an event whose date or time is still uncertain.
	Item has a type of Out Of Office - can be used in a manner similar to busy, but also indicate that you are not available in your normal office location.
	Item is associated with one or more groups.
	Item is private
