Refunds are not normally granted for products with trial periods.
However, since some products are not available on a trial basis, or
only a short trial, we understand there may be a need in that
particular case. We do want you to be aware that all the
profits go towards wildlife conservation: www.dewarwildlife.org
(which describes the AZA-certified sanctuary for Gorillas which is
almost completely funded by revenues from Pimlico Software). So even if
you do not choose to use this product, the payment you made still
benefits wildlife conservation.
If you still wish to receive a refund, fill
in the Email address field below with the email that you used to
purchase the product, the OrderID from the vendor's
receipt/registration, provide the reason you are requesting the refund
and select which program you want the refund for, and then click the
Submit Refund Request button. All fields must be filled in.
You should receive a response within 48 hours. Depending on the payment
processor, the refund may take a bit longer to be recorded.
Google
does not provide any information as to the identity of purchasers of
this product, so it is imperative that the correct order ID be
provided. The Google Order ID should look something like this:
12999763169054705758.1373483114716684 and it will on your receipt.
Also provide the date as without the date and order ID, it
takes
an inordinate amount of time to locate the actual order(s).
At this time, Amazon provides no
information, so it is not even possible to confirm that a user has
purchased the product, and there is no mechanism with Amazon Market for
providing a refund.
