DateBk6 Free Upgrade Request

To be eligible for the free upgrade, you must ....
   1. Provide either the Email address Pimlico has on record, or your original order#
   2. Provide the HotsyncUserName for which you last received a valid registration code.
   3. Have purchased DateBk5 or an upgrade to DateBk5 on or after 1-Jan-2005

If you are not eligible for a free upgrade or received a rejection notice, but are a registered user of DateBk5, click here to order the DateBk6 Upgrade.

Do NOT use this form if all you want to do is download the current release - go to the DateBk6 web page and download it from there.

Fill out the fields below, providing the email address on record with Pimlico Software. Use the alternate field for a possible alternate email address you might have registered with (if you purchased through Pdassi - see note** at bottom).

Also specify the HotSyncUser name you registered with. Click here if you don't know what it is.

If there is no problem in locating your information, you will typically receive your DateBk6 Registration Code within 24-48 hours. If you get no reply - you probably provided an invalid return email address, so check for that! Also, this is an AUTOMATED SYSTEM - don't put in any queries or comments as they will just invalidate the request.

**Pdassi purchasers - unfortunately, Pdassi never provides Pimlico with your email address, but instead a numeric email address at Pdassi itself. You would either have to provide that email address (something like: esd50711622@esdorder.de) or the Pdassi sales order number (format: pdassi-2805306-15781) to validate your free upgrade.
